22004 Picayune Early Headstart Phase II
Remove existing asphalt roofing to deck. Remove and replace any damaged decking. Gutters and downspouts to remain. Provide new asphalt roofing system including all flashings, new blocking, felt, trim, coping, and etc. New roofing system to match slope of existing roofing system. Remove existing mechanical systems and provide new mechanical systems and electrical systems as outlined in drawings. Project contains federal funding and its subjected to all related laws.
